Code of Conduct
Ethical guidelines
RAISE’s Code of Conduct covers both our employees and partners.
Access to complaints All submitted complaints are treated confidentially and are received by a board member and a designated contact person.
Receipt and handling of complaints Complaints are received confidentially by the contact person who conducts an initial assessment of the case. If deemed necessary, the contact person may request additional information and/or present the case to the rest of the board to decide on potential further action.
Processing time Complaints are expected to be processed within 14 days of receipt. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, the complainant will be informed accordingly.
Feedback The complainant may receive feedback on the outcome of the complaint. If feedback is desired, this should be stated in the complaint.
Anonymity At present, it is not possible to submit an anonymous complaint. However, we are aware of the need for anonymity and are working to establish this option.
Report a concern or complaint. We handle all submissions respectfully and confidentially.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you wish to report any matters you reasonably suspect.
Whistleblower Report
If you believe RAISE or our partners have acted in a manner that is illegal, unethical, or in violation of our guidelines, please feel free to fill out this form. Your complaint is be sent directly to our board to be assessed within two weeks.
