Access to complaints All submitted complaints are treated confidentially and are received by a designated safeguarding officer from the Board.
Receipt and handling of complaints Complaints are received confidentially by the safeguarding officer who conducts an initial assessment of the case. If deemed necessary, the safeguarding officer may request additional information and/or present the case to the rest of the board to decide on potential further action.
Processing time Complaints are expected to be processed within 14 days of receipt. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, the complainant will be informed accordingly.
Feedback The complainant may receive feedback on the outcome of the complaint. If feedback is desired, this should be stated in the complaint.
Anonymity It is possible to submit a report anonymously. If you wish to remain anonymous, you should create an anonymous email address, for example, whistleblower1@gmail.com, which you can use to send and receive emails. The complaint will only be processed if there is a sender.
